Terms

The service

AI-Buzz checks its published official-source boundary for dated lifecycle and explicit breaking changes, lets users declare supported exact dependencies, and shows reviewed matches in a report. Paid customers may enable proactive email alerts.

The supported providers, source pages, event families, and exclusions are defined on the coverage page. Unsupported identifiers are not monitored.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully. You may not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape around access controls, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

You are responsible for the project labels and dependency identifiers you enter and for ensuring you are permitted to provide them.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The dashboard and initial report are free. Proactive email alerts cost $29 per month under one recurring subscription. Stripe hosts Checkout and the Customer Portal and processes payment details.

Charges recur until cancellation. You may cancel through the Customer Portal; access continues through any paid period already granted unless law or the checkout terms require otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.

A successful checkout page alone does not establish entitlement. AI-Buzz uses signed Stripe events and reconciled subscription state to determine paid access.

Alerts, corrections, and withdrawals

Alert delivery can be delayed or fail because of provider, network, email, account, or service conditions. You must not rely on email as your only provider-change control.

Published versions are not silently overwritten. AI-Buzz may issue a correction or withdrawal when reviewed evidence changes. Corrections and withdrawals may be sent to recipients of an earlier version even if ordinary alerts have since been disabled.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking official provider documentation, testing compatibility, choosing replacements, scheduling migrations, maintaining backups and rollback plans, and operating your application. An alert describes a supported evidence-based match; it is not engineering, security, legal, or compliance advice.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Buzz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, timeliness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Official sources may be incomplete, unavailable, inconsistent, or changed without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Buzz and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including losses caused by a missed, delayed, incorrect, or misunderstood alert. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid AI-Buzz during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material breach. We may change or discontinue the test product, but will preserve billing and correction obligations required by law and the service’s trust history. Material terms changes will be posted with an updated date.
